We offer customer support through a number of different methods.
E-mail - our e-mail support service is manned between 08.00 and 20.00 and is the recommended start point for support requests. If appropriate we will make use of the other support methods noted below in order to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Live Remote Support - Via a secure web link our support staff can view your PC screen and control your mouse and keyboard to demonstrate features or resolve problems. (Subject to your agreement to a temporary software installation to allow access). See the remote support tab for more details.
Site visits - if we are unable to resolve your case using the other methods we will visit you on site (UK customers only).
